  2. We Design Your Build
    We’ll create a custom configuration proposal based on our premium components, complete with performance expectations and upgrade flexibility.

  3. Approval & Assembly
    Once approved, your PC is handcrafted in our Dayton, OH workshop, fully optimized, and stress-tested for peak performance.

  4. Shipped to Your Door
    We ship all custom builds from Dayton, OH to anywhere in the United States with secure, professional packaging.

What to Include in Your Email

To streamline your custom build, please include:

  • Your Budget (Including Shipping): A clear range (e.g., $2,000–$3,000).

  • Primary Use: Gaming, editing, streaming, workstation, or hybrid.

  • Games/Software: Titles or programs you’ll be running.

  • Preferred Aesthetic: RGB, minimalist, sleeper, or a custom theme.

  • Special Requests: Specific hardware, cases, or performance goals.

Before You Email – Important Information

  • Custom builds are NOT eligible for Affirm, Klarna, or other "Buy Now, Pay Later" plans.

  • All builds are handcrafted and shipped directly from Dayton, OH.

  • Shipping costs must be included in your budget.

  • Invoices are processed exclusively through PayPal.

  • Custom builds are only available within the United States (until further notice).

  • Full payment is required before we begin building your PC.

Warranty & Returns

  • 1-Year Standard Warranty: Every custom build includes 1 year of coverage for parts and labor, this ONLY applies to product and or hardware defects. Accidental damage is not covered. However, we can handle the repairs for a small fee on top.

  • Extended Warranty Option: You may purchase extended coverage for an additional fee (ask during inquiry).

  • 7-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to a $200 restocking fee on all custom builds.

  • No Returns on Extended Warranties or Custom Modifications: These are final once purchased or installed.

  • Restocking Fee: The $200 fee is in place due to the labor, time, and component preparation that goes into every handcrafted system.
